As a Bartender, you will play a key role in daily bar operations, working closely with the Bar Manager to deliver exceptional results and bring this exquisite venue to life.

Your primary responsibility is to ensure that every guest leaves with a lasting impression of our venue's vibe, view, and menu offerings.

You will collaborate with the Head Mixologist to create innovative mixed beverages for casual visitors and special functions, elevating the overall experience and driving customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Bar Manager and Head Mixologist in daily bar operations
  • Deliver excellent service, serving a wide range of beverages to guests
  • Develop and innovate new cocktail recipes to drive sales and increase customer engagement
  • Monitor inventory and maintain efficient stock levels to minimize waste and optimize resources

Requirements:

  • Degree or Diploma in Hospitality Management (desired)
  • Responsible Service of Alcohol certification
  • At least two years of experience as a Bartender in a high-end establishment
  • Extensive knowledge of beverages and proficiency in point-of-sale systems
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
