About the Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Cocktail Bartender to fill a vacancy at our esteemed establishment.

The chosen candidate will be required to work a rotating roster including weekend, public holiday, opening, and closing shifts.

Key Responsibilities:

Cocktail Bartending: Prepare and serve a wide range of cocktails and beverages to the highest standard.

Service Excellence: Deliver exceptional service to guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.

Teamwork: Collaborate with colleagues to maintain a smooth and efficient service.

Maintenance: Ensure the bar area is clean and well-maintained at all times.

Requirements:

Experience: Minimum 2 years' experience as a Cocktail Bartender in a high-volume venue.

Skills: Strong knowledge of cocktails, beverage production, and presentation.

Attitude: Positive, adaptable, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Availability: Willingness to work a rotating roster including weekend, public holiday, opening, and closing shifts.
