Job Title: Enterprise Governance Manager

Job Summary:

As the Enterprise Governance Manager, you will play a crucial role in cultivating a culture of excellence in project, program, and portfolio management.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Ownership of Methodology: Taking ownership of the Enterprise Delivery Framework (EDF) and related frameworks to ensure alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
  2. Continuous Improvement: Proactively identifying gaps in project management standards and processes, developing and evolving enterprise standards to address these gaps.
  3. Quality Assurance: Working with PMOs to ensure projects adhere to the EDF and associated frameworks, maintaining high standards of quality and consistency in project delivery.
  4. Community of Practice Leadership: Leading and championing a Community of Practice (CoP) forum to foster a culture of excellence in project management.
  5. Knowledge Management: Consolidating lessons learnt and other inputs across the Enterprise to support project delivery and ensure continuous adaptation and evolution of methodologies and frameworks.
