Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Compliance Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our marketing materials meet regulatory requirements and company standards.

This includes reviewing and approving marketing materials, as well as researching and staying up-to-date on industry-related laws and regulations.

Main Responsibilities

  • Ensure compliance with all marketing materials, including print, email, radio, web, and social media.
  • Review various marketing materials and provide timely and accurate responses, including reasons for requested changes and suggestions where necessary.
  • Collaborate with internal employees to resolve compliance findings.
  • Provide excellent service to colleagues who generate marketing materials for approval.
  • Balance compliance obligations while working effectively with sales professionals.
  • Support other compliance-related tasks as required for regulatory compliance.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Compliance background is preferred.
  • Familiarity with regulatory requirements, such as RESPA, UDAAP, TILA Reg Z, MAP, TCPA, and CCPA, is preferred.
  • Excellent research, time management, and prioritization skills are essential.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills are required.
