Regulatory Expert

We are seeking a skilled Compliance Officer to join our team. As a key member of our compliance function, you will be responsible for ensuring that our business operates in accordance with relevant laws and regulations.
The successful candidate will have:
- A strong understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance frameworks;
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills;
- The ability to communicate complex information effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders;
- Excellent organizational and time management skills;
- A collaborative approach to working with colleagues across the organization;
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and interpret changes in applicable regulations, assessing their impact on the business;
- Support the implementation and maintenance of compliance policies and procedures;
- Assist with compliance reviews to ensure adherence to regulatory obligations;
- Prepare reports and maintain accurate records of outcomes and required training and education;
- Assess adherence to best interest duty, product suitability, and appropriate management of conflicts of interest;
- Investigate and report on compliance breaches and support corrective actions;
