Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a talented and customer-focused individual to represent our brand in all customer interactions. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service, meeting commercial goals, and collecting valuable feedback from clients.

  • You will facilitate online and phone sales, provide brand information to clients, and accurately process data in our systems under strict security guidelines.
  • In addition, you will escalate system issues to the team leader, identify trends in customer satisfaction or dissatisfaction, and report findings to support continuous improvement.

We believe in shared success and understanding that your actions elevate your team and business. To contribute to team success, you will have:

  • Experience in retail sales or customer service in the luxury / high-end goods domain, or experience in contact center / e-com related activities;
  • Customer service oriented and sales oriented with skills in speaking/writing expression and communication.
  • You will be fluent in English (and Mandarin), PC literate, and have flexibility with working in shifts, including weekends and public holidays if required.
