Key Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Proven experience in supermarket or retail management, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with staff, customers, and suppliers.
  • Ability to manage store operations autonomously, with a strong focus on customer service and sales growth.
  • Good physical fitness to handle the demands of the role, including standing for long periods and lifting heavy objects.
  • Strong IT skills, with experience in managing complex back-office systems.
