
Senior Executive, APAC Growth Strategy

This is a pivotal leadership role that drives growth and improvement in the APAC region.
- Main Responsibilities:
- Develop Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): Lead the creation of weekly operating cadences to provide real-time visibility into pipeline, forecast accuracy, and renewal health for sales, customer success, and finance leaders.
- Oversee Strategic Planning: Own annual and quarterly GTM planning, including capacity models, segmentation, quotas, and compensation design aligned with global frameworks.
- Implement Business Intelligence: Partner with RevOps and Data teams to embed AI-powered forecasting, Clari/SFDC dashboards, and self-service analytics to surface risks and opportunities early.
- Enhance Tooling & Process: Translate APAC business requirements into scalable enhancements for Salesforce, Anaplan, CPQ, and the AI-assisted GTM stack.
- Promote Regional Interests: Act as a trusted proxy for the Regional Sales Leader, representing APAC GTM priorities in executive reviews, steering committees, and day-to-day decision-making.
- Lead and Grow the Team: Inspire a distributed group of sales-ops professionals across Australia, Japan, India, and Singapore, modeling values like exceptional customer service, simplicity, pride, and care for each other.
- 10+ years of experience in GTM/Sales Operations within high-growth SaaS, including 5+ years managing multi-country teams.
- Demonstrated experience leveraging AI and large language models in business processes to drive scale and efficiency.
- Demonstrated success owning end-to-end territory & quota design, sales compensation, and forecast governance for ARR businesses.
- Expertise with Salesforce, Clari, Tableau/Looker, and advanced Excel/SQL; Anaplan a plus.
- Strategic mindset balanced with a bias for action, synthesizing complex data into clear choices and driving execution.
- Executive-level communication skills and influencing cross-functional partners.
- Passion for coaching diverse talent and fostering an inclusive, psychologically safe culture.
This role requires a hybrid work arrangement, with a mix of onsite and remote work. The specific schedule will be determined by the hiring manager.
