
Sydney Office Assistant

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Administration Assistant to join our Sydney-based team on a temporary basis.
This 9-week role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys variety in their work. You will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our Executive Assistant, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and contributing to the success of our organization.
To be successful in this role, you will possess excellent organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and a willingness to go above and beyond to meet the needs of our team.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience within the financial services industry, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality results in a timely manner. If you are a motivated and proactive individual who is passionate about providing exceptional customer service, we encourage you to apply.
About the Role:
- Maintain office supplies and equipment
- Restock the kitchen with snacks and treats for the office
- Organise to get any equipment/items fixed
- Run errands as requested
- Reception relief when required
- Help to organise any events coming up
- Assist the senior EA with general administration support
Requirements:
- Previous experience within Financial services is highly desirable
- Exceptional organisational and time-management skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A can-do attitude and willingness to go above and beyond
- The ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
