
Client Relationship Manager

As a key player in our team, you will be responsible for driving business growth through the development and execution of PR and influencer strategies. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and develop proactive media angles that generate cut-through across various channels.
Main Responsibilities:- Developing and presenting strategic plans for clients
- Creating engaging content for media assets and developing easy-to-digest influencer briefs and strategy documents
- Building and developing media and influencer lists
- Tapping into existing relationships and forming new connections to secure media coverage and negotiate talent deals
- Generating high-quality PR coverage that aligns with client needs and achieving set KPIs
- Supporting event planning and delivery
- Managing social media channels on behalf of clients and producing organic content development
- Using design tools to create visual content for client platforms
- Performing day-to-day tasks with minimal supervision
- Being client-facing and having consultative conversations with clients and prospects
- Project coordination and team collaboration to deliver results
- Post-project analysis to review activity against business impact
- Building strong relationships with clients, team members, media contacts, and influencers
- Solving complex problems to identify potential issues, troubleshoot, and execute solutions
- Collaborating with colleagues to ensure integrated campaigns and drive success for clients
- Analyzing current and completed projects regularly and reporting on results to improve
- Mentoring junior team members, including briefing and reviewing of work
- Minimum 3 years of experience in PR, communications, media or a similar environment, with agency experience being essential
- Interest in purpose-driven work, social issues, and corporate communications
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organisational skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Confidence to engage with media and external stakeholders professionally
- Ability to work across an integrated communications campaign
- A collaborative mindset and a willingness to learn
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team
- A proven track record in delivering successful PR and influencer marketing campaigns
