We are seeking a Senior AI Developer to join our team.

Our goal is to build and deploy state-of-the-art artificial intelligence models in Australia from first principles. We design, develop, and train large-scale foundation models using cutting-edge GPU clusters.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop efficient training pipelines for large language models and other architectures.
  • Design scalable inference systems to run these models in real-world environments.
  • Optimize data pipelines, tokenization, batch preparation, and distributed training at multi-node scale.
  • Implement deep observability into training and inference to improve performance, correctness, and efficiency.
  • Debug and troubleshoot complex issues related to model training and deployment.
  • Collaborate with AI Researchers to translate cutting-edge algorithms into working systems.

  • Passionate about model internals, training dynamics, and system-level performance.
  • Driven by curiosity and a desire to learn continuously.
  • Excited to work across both training and inference, not just one side of the ML stack.
  • Skilled in Python and ML frameworks like PyTorch or JAX.
  • Hands-on and determined, with a focus on writing code, running experiments, and figuring things out.
