AI Engineering Leadership Opportunity

This leadership role focuses on scaling AI capability across the organization. As a Principal AI Engineer, you will set technical direction for AI engineering, lead a team of engineers, and design enterprise-scale solutions using ML, GenAI, and LLMs.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement large-scale AI/ML systems
  • Define technical vision for AI engineering across products and platforms
  • Architect scalable, production-ready AI solutions integrated into core applications
  • Mentor and upskill engineers to build strong internal capability
  • Drive automation across data pipelines, model lifecycle, and business workflows
  • Champion responsible AI practices including fairness, performance, and explainability
  • Requirements:
  • 8-10+ years of software engineering experience with 4+ years in AI/ML delivery
  • Deep knowledge of software design patterns, scalable architectures, and testing strategies
  • Proven experience deploying AI/ML models in production (model serving, monitoring, lifecycle management)
  • Hands-on experience with GenAI / LLMs and cloud platforms like AWS
  • Strong grasp of MLOps, DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and data infrastructure
  • Clear leadership ability—guiding and enabling technical teams
