Accounts Payable Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Specialist to join our team at Salt Recruitment. As an Accounts Payable Specialist, you will be responsible for managing rebate processes, resolving queries, and handling account administration.
Key Responsibilities- Manage volumetric rebate processes and resolve queries in a timely manner.
- Liaise effectively with internal and external stakeholders, including customers and suppliers.
- Oversee purchase orders, invoicing, and expense claims related to non-trade procurement.
- Process invoices and claims efficiently, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Assist with various tasks and projects as assigned by the Commercial/National team.
- Organise and manage the shared mailbox to ensure smooth communication.
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to work accurately.
- Proactive attitude with a growth mindset.
- Background or current studies in Accounting/Finance.
- Past FMCG experience is desirable.
- A competitive salary of $80K Inc super FTC.
