About the Trainee Role
Kinetic IT is committed to increasing representation of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people in our workforce. We are seeking a Trainee to join our team and participate in our award-winning customer service delivery.
As a Trainee, you will be guided in providing customer support via phone and internal tickets, while completing a Certificate III in Information Technology through in-house learning with Integrity Business College.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage tasks, escalate incidents, and record accurate data entry
- Communicate with the wider team for assistance and knowledge sharing
