Job Overview:

This position involves overseeing the day-to-day operations of one of our sites in Mt Isa. As a Site Operations Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating with local site representatives, head office staff, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Liaison: Building strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Site Management: Ensuring compliance with quality systems, managing team performance, and implementing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Service Delivery: Coordinating audit and reporting requirements, incident management, and equipment maintenance to guarantee exceptional service delivery.

Rostered Hours and Remuneration:

This is a 4 on 4 off - 12 hour shift role with approximately 80K per annum remuneration.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience leading medium to large-sized security teams.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong time management and customer service focus.
  • Ability to work under pressure and as part of a team.
  • Full working rights.
