Lead Architect Position

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Architect to join our team. The successful candidate will have a strong sense of accomplishment and be passionate about architecture.

  • Develop innovative, sustainable design solutions in collaboration with clients
  • Manage project teams through all project phases, ensuring deadlines and budget requirements are met
  • Prepare and produce technical drawings and documentation
  • Work closely with contractors and other stakeholders to ensure efficient project construction

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and client management skills, with a proven track record in delivering projects across all phases. A degree in Architecture or related field is required, along with proficiency in REVIT or ArchiCAD documentation.

Requirements
  • Registered Architect or experienced Graduate of Architecture (minimum 8 years' experience in Australia)
  • Proficient in REVIT or ArchiCAD documentation
  • Experience in commercial architecture is highly desirable
  • Able to manage and deliver projects across all phases
  • Strong communication and client management skills
  • Understanding of local BCA, standards and regulations
