Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Building Designer at BEAT Architects located in Rockhampton Area. The Building Designer will be responsible for architectural design, and construction planning. Daily tasks include collaborating with the architectural team, creating building designs, conducting site visits, and ensuring compliance with building codes and regulations.

Qualifications

·A positive Team orientated attitude with strong verbal communication skills.

·3+ years' experience minimum within Australia

·Revit or ArchiCAD experience & an ability to co-ordinate secondary consultant documentation.

·An ability to work autonomously & manage time efficacy to complete multiple tasks.

·Knowledge of relevant Australian Standards, BAC/NCC & Building codes, & an ability to work

with Planning Schemes.

  • Possess a car and Drivers Licence

Salary:$70,000 - $90,000 per annum (commensurate with experience)
