Key Responsibilities

  • Lead landscape projects from concept to completion, ensuring timely delivery and exceptional client satisfaction.
  • Liaise with directors to determine project scope, timelines, and resource allocation.
  • Manage project workflows, ensuring seamless collaboration with team members and stakeholders.
  • Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets, ensuring alignment with company standards and best practices.
  • Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to understand project requirements and deliver tailored solutions.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of company policies, procedures, and standards.

Requirements

  • 5-10 years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality projects.
  • Strong communication and project management skills, with the ability to lead and manage teams effectively.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, with a high level of technical proficiency in landscape architecture software and tools.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with clients, stakeholders, and team members to deliver exceptional results.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to adapt to changing project requirements.
