Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Strategic Transformation Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our business transformation project, you will play a pivotal role in driving operational efficiency and delivering seamless user experiences across our global operations.

This is a 12-month contract with the possibility of extension based on performance.

You will be part of a friendly and supportive team where everyone contributes ideas and drives outcomes.

Your Role

As a Strategic Transformation Consultant, your primary responsibility will be to work closely with stakeholders to gather, interpret, and document requirements. You will map current and future business processes, collaborate on solutions aligned with project objectives, conduct solution walkthroughs, facilitate discussions, and support stakeholders during testing phases.

Your Skills and Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Senior Business Analyst, with proven ability to analyze and document business processes effectively.
  • Experience in asset finance or financial services, with an understanding of industry-specific challenges and opportunities.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills to solve complex problems and deliver practical solutions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and facilitate team alignment.
  • Strong organizational, prioritization, and scheduling skills to manage competing priorities effectively.
  • Experience with leasing software or Oracle e-Business Suite is highly advantageous.
