Role Summary:

This is an exciting opportunity to lead and inspire your team as a Room Leader at our centre. You will be responsible for guiding and supporting educators, planning and implementing high-quality learning programs aligned with the EYLF and NQS, and maintaining effective routines and a safe, organised, and engaging learning space.

We are looking for a dedicated and passionate professional who is committed to creating inspiring and engaging learning environments. The ideal candidate will have a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA-approved equivalent), proven experience as a Room Leader or a strong interest in taking on a leadership role, current Working with Children Check, current First Aid, CPR, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis certifications, Child Protection training/certificate, and strong organisational and communication skills.
