Early Childhood Educator - Sydney

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate educator to join our Mini Masterminds team in Sydney. As an Early Childhood Educator, you will play a vital role in creating engaging and intentional environments that inspire children's natural curiosity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Inspire children through interest-based play experiences that transform everyday moments into exciting adventures.
  • Develop and implement educational programs that empower children to lead their learning.
  • Establish a safe, inclusive, and engaging environment for all children where messy and risky play is celebrated as a cornerstone of building resilience, creativity, and unforgettable memories.
  • Foster positive relationships with children, families, and fellow educators, promoting a sense of community and teamwork.
  • Maintain accurate records of the children's development, ensuring no milestone goes undocumented.

Requirements:

  • Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care.
  • Part Time Availability.
  • Current First Aid and CPR Certificate.
  • Current Working with Children Check.
  • Child Protection Certificate.
