Banking Advisor Job

This role involves welcoming customers, creating a positive first impression and helping with transactional and savings banking needs.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Welcoming and assisting customers in person or via phone/email
  • Helping customers with everyday banking and financial services
  • Building strong relationships with customers to understand their financial goals and provide tailored advice
  • Referring customers to specialists when required and educating them on new technologies
