Store Coordinator

EnerMech is a leading provider of Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) services, dedicated to delivering top-quality solutions.
Role OverviewAs a Stores and Purchasing Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our EnerMech team by managing inventory, overseeing the receipt and dispatch of goods, and ensuring equipment tracking and control. Your efforts will be vital in maintaining efficient workshop operations and ensuring the availability of necessary materials and equipment.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain Calibration records for EnerMech equipment and send for calibration to relevant parties and perform in-house calibration of equipment in accordance with procedures.
- Maintain an equipment quarantine area where no faulty or uncalibrated equipment can be used. Source repair of all quarantined equipment and remove from the asset register if not able to be repaired.
- Monitor the Stores mailbox and action as necessary.
- Respond to site requests for the issue of replacement parts and consumables and action as needed.
- Assist the Mechanical Maintenance and Workshop Team for administration and documentation of deliveries – goods received/discharged and Maintenance records as required.
- Perform general forklift duties as required to assist the daily requirements of the mechanical workshop.
In order to be successful in this role, you will demonstrate a personal commitment to Health, Safety, and Environment, be a well-organized and flexible person capable of prioritizing a demanding workload.
- Greater than 5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Forklift Ticket.
- Demonstrated organizational skills, ability to manage multiple work activities simultaneously with attention to detail.
- HR truck license; Load restraint Course (preferred).
- Cert IV in Administration or Warehousing (preferred).
