About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Store Services Officer to join our team at Woolworths Supermarkets. As a key member of our store leadership team, you will play a critical role in maintaining a safe and compliant store environment through the performance of specialized clerical and office tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with the store leadership team to ensure a safe and compliant store environment
  • Perform specialized clerical and office tasks to support store operations
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to customers and colleagues
  • Work collaboratively with the store team to achieve business objectives

Requirements
  • Flexible availability to work early mornings, days and late nights across a fortnightly rotational roster including weekends

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
