We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our team in Gladstone, Australia. As an Account Manager - Mining, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining relationships with clients in the mining industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate new business opportunities across the mining industry in the Gladstone region.
- Develop key relationships with existing accounts and identify new business opportunities.
- Liaise with relevant members of the wider company to sell and implement core solutions to VIP customers.
- Communicate effectively with the sales teams, key accounts team, and other relevant members to encourage regular feedback.
- Attend monthly team sales meetings and provide feedback on account base.
- Handle multiple stakeholders at different levels.
- Plan effectively to maximize productivity and customer-facing time.
- Support and implement new marketing initiatives.
- Record and update the company CRM to provide accurate data.
- Communicate and adhere to the work Health and Safety policy.
Requirements:
- Previous sales experience in Gladstone.
- Business development experience in the mining/heavy industry.
- Experience in developing existing accounts and generating new business.
- Right to work in Australia.
