About This Role

The Senior Manager Delivery role at Auto & General is a key position that requires strategic leadership and technical expertise to drive learning solutions across our organization. As a Senior Manager Delivery, you will be responsible for leading organization-wide learning teams, providing direction and prioritization to ensure scalable, high-quality learning solutions that align with business objectives.



Main Responsibilities

  • Communicate with stakeholders to align learning initiatives with business objectives, ensuring seamless integration and effective delivery.
  • Plan and organize the delivery of learning solutions, leveraging your expertise to design and implement programs that meet business needs.
  • Measure and report on L&D impact using data analysis, informing strategies and improving offerings to drive continuous growth.
  • Oversee the collection and analysis of learning data, identifying trends and opportunities to enhance learning experiences.
  • Maintain relationships with subject matter experts to develop learning products that cater to diverse business needs.
  • Foster a culture of innovation by implementing new methods and best practices to improve learning solutions.
  • Promote communities of learning within the delivery discipline, driving collaboration and knowledge sharing.
  • Manage risks and issues related to learning and capability delivery, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.


What You'll Bring

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess:



  • Strong leadership skills, including the ability to motivate and guide teams towards shared goals.
  • Proven experience in leading or coaching in a learning environment, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
  • Expertise in training processes and adult learning principles, with the ability to scope, design, and deliver technical and behavioral training.
  • Facilitation experience (on-the-job and classroom), with strong interpersonal and written communication skills.
  • Able to deliver training programs for diverse audiences, with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Experience working in a dynamic service operation, with a capacity for self-management, participative decision-making, and managing change.


Desirable Qualifications

Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE) and certification in the Financial Services industry are highly desirable qualifications for this role.
