The Impact You Can Make

You'll be responsible for showcasing 3M's products, processes, and digital solutions to increase profitability for bodyshop customers. This will involve relationship management with customers, hands-on product demonstrations, and collaborating with product development teams to provide practical solutions.

Your Skills and Expertise

To succeed in this role, you'll need a Bachelor's degree or above, advanced computer skills, and fluent English language. Current, valid driver's license is required. Additionally, you'll need collision repair foundational principles, including Body Repair, Prep, Painting, and Paint Finishing.

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, preferred qualifications include 5+ years of experience in the collision repair industry, previous experience serving industrial markets, and hardware/software experience with automotive calibration & diagnostic equipment. You'll also need excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to analyze, problem solve, and implement solutions.
