Job Title: Employee Relations Leader
About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity to lead and manage all aspects of industrial relations, providing expert advice and support to executives and leaders.
The successful candidate will have relevant experience at a senior level, providing strategic advice on workplace, industrial and employee relations matters.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-level advisory and support services on employee and industrial relations matters.
- Manage complex cases from end-to-end, ensuring relevant legislation is considered and decisions are made in a timely manner.
- Develop and implement effective strategies to reduce the number of lodged cases.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across the business.
Requirements:
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in Law, Human Resource Management, Industrial/Employee Relations, Employment Law or related discipline from a recognised university.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and stakeholder engagement skills.
