**Our Team Overview**

The Employee Relations team is a centre of excellence within our organization that manages all employment relations matters in the region. As an Employee Relations Advisor, you will support a high-performance culture by working closely with the business to manage employee relations matters such as probation and performance management, ill-health, and provide advice and guidance to leaders throughout the business.

**Key Responsibilities**

- Provide consistent, best practice, and commercially sound employee relations advice, balancing relevant risks

- Empower stakeholders by enhancing their employee relations capabilities, boosting the confidence, effectiveness, and accountability of our People Leaders

- Support ER Managers with complex employee relations matters such as restructures and redundancies, investigations, and disciplinary matters

- Contribute to the delivery of Talent and ER Strategic Priorities and continuous improvement projects by collaborating with the team to identify and complete required projects

- Maintain work life balance with hybrid working

**Requirements**

Here's our wish list:

- Minimum 2-3 years' experience as an HR Generalist or HR Advisor with experience in employee relations case management

- Ability to balance a number of competing priorities while maintaining a focus on quality and continuous improvement

- Ability to influence and partner with business leaders at all levels of the organisation

- Knowledge of legislative and statutory requirements

- Demonstrated problem-solving skills with the ability to provide practical and effective solutions to complex issues

- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
