You will work on a variety of tech/digital topics, applying speciality/generalist consulting skills to strategic digital & technology questions. Partner with clients to understand their issues, define IT strategies, architecture solutions, win buy-in for your recommendations, and collaborate with BCGers to transform client potential into performance.
The ideal candidate will have 10-15+ years' experience in a strategy, management or technology consultancy; digital/technology and/or industry experience. Senior Technology Leader/Senior Manager/Director - Enterprise Architect with extensive experience in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) program/project delivery ideally with SAP (albeit open to Oracle, Microsoft) with particular focus in Industrial Goods, Consumer Products, Government/Public Sector, Healthcare and/or Energy sectors.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading high performing technology case/project/delivery teams
- Driving presales/BD, proposal development through to Executive C-suite client presentations
- Experience driving capability build, driving, developing and publishing thought leadership articles
- Thrive in a hypothesis-led environment and ability to frame strategic challenges from a digital/tech perspective
- Strong analytical skills, problem solving ability and conceptual thinking
- Excellent communication, story-lining, client facing and consulting skills
- Commercial/strategic mindset, presence and senior gravitas
