At Softtest pays pty ltd, we are seeking an experienced Salesforce Solutions Architect Lead to join our team.

About the Role

This is a key leadership position responsible for leading and delivering large-scale Salesforce projects from start to finish. As a seasoned professional, you will be expected to possess in-depth knowledge of Salesforce architecture, implementation, and integration.

Responsibilities
  1. Lead cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement complex Salesforce solutions that meet business requirements.
  2. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and develop strategic plans to achieve business objectives.
  3. Design and implement enterprise-level integration solutions using Salesforce APIs and tools.
  4. Develop and maintain advanced Apex, Lightning Web Components, Aura, JavaScript, CSS, and HTML skills.
  5. Configure and deploy Salesforce configurations, including custom objects, flows, permission sets, sharing, and other related settings.
  6. Mentor and train junior team members on Salesforce best practices and features.
  7. Stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce releases, features, and security vulnerabilities.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in delivering Salesforce projects, preferably in a lead or architect role.
  • Advanced understanding of Salesforce architecture, implementation, and integration.
  • Expertise in configuring Salesforce, including custom objects, flows, permission sets, sharing, and other related settings.
  • Demonstrated experience in designing and implementing enterprise-level integration solutions using Salesforce APIs and tools.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Active participation in the Salesforce community, staying up-to-date with the latest features, issues, and vulnerabilities.
Desirable Skills and Qualifications
  • Salesforce Designer certifications.
  • Salesforce Platform Developer I certification.
  • Salesforce Service Cloud Consultant certification.
  • Experience with Azure DevOps.
  • Knowledge of Agile, Kanban, or Scrum frameworks.
  • Version control and advanced CI/CD tooling experience.
Salary

The estimated salary range for this position is between $120,000 and $180,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.

Note: This salary range is based on industry standards and may vary depending on individual circumstances.
