Labourpower Trade is seeking skilled professionals to work on the setting and maintenance of dies for our Plastic Manufacturing client.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive shift handovers
• Monitor live production boards
• Set up dies & remove them safely
• Perform routine maintenance on decommissioned dies
• General Machine Maintenance
• Report any issues to your supervisor

About You

• Qualified Fitter or Mechanic (Preferred)
• Strong Mechanical Aptitude
• Fit, Reliable & Able to commit to your shifts

This role offers opportunities to grow professionally in a dynamic environment with various possibilities for growth and development. Our clients require candidates who possess strong mechanical skills and are able to maintain their equipment effectively.

We are looking for qualified individuals who have previously worked as fitters or mechanics, but this is not necessarily required. We provide training to those who do not hold the desired qualifications. Your primary focus will be ensuring the die-setting process operates smoothly.

The ability to adapt quickly, follow instructions accurately, and communicate well with colleagues is also essential. If you meet these criteria, we would like to hear from you.
