Senior Associate, Sustainable Finance

We are seeking a senior associate to support the origination, structuring, and execution of sustainable finance solutions.

This role is based in Sydney or Melbourne and involves collaborating across teams to deliver meaningful impact through labelled debt products for corporate and institutional customers.

As a key member of our team, you will contribute to Westpac's external positioning on ESG and sustainability, manage key data and risk processes, and develop your skills and knowledge in sustainable finance.

The ideal candidate has a strong interest in environmental or social issues and solid analytical and research skills with attention to detail.

Experience in banking and/or legal documentation is advantageous but not essential. We value a willingness to learn and grow in these areas.
