About the Role:

\Component The Simulation Data Manager plays a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of simulation data, working closely with internal and external stakeholders to deliver high-quality outputs. This involves developing and maintaining simulation entities, behaviours and terrain data, which underpins all virtual and constructive simulation platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain simulation entities, behaviors and terrain data;
  • Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure accurate and consistent simulation data;
  • Design and implement efficient data solutions to meet quality and performance needs;
  • Liaise with stakeholders to deliver high-quality outputs;
  • Conduct research and analysis to identify opportunities for improvement;
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies;

About Our Organization:

\Component We are responsible for delivering virtual and constructive simulation support to Army to enable Force Generation, Force Preparation and Force Modernisation. Simulation support is delivered at Army's seven Battle Simulation Sites (BSS) via the persistent Land Simulation Network (LSN), which enables local and distributed virtual, constructive and federated training activities.
