The role requires a Support Worker to provide exceptional support to clients in one-to-one settings, assist in creating and monitoring individual goal plans, complete required documentation, and promote a stimulating and culturally appropriate environment. You will also be responsible for providing self-care, social, and emotional support to clients, using positive behaviour support strategies and authorised restrictive practices when necessary.

This is a casual position based at Mitchelton, requiring flexibility and a willingness to complete sleepover shifts. The ideal candidate will possess experience supporting individuals with disabilities, dedication to person-centred support principles, and the ability to write accurate records and documentation.

To be successful in this role, you must hold a current Criminal History Check (less than six months old), NDIS Worker Screening, Blue Card, First Aid and CPR certificates, and a valid 'C' class driver's licence. A registered and insured vehicle is also required.
