About The Position- Supporting the management team in achieving sales targets and maintaining high standards of customer service.
The successful candidate will be responsible for building a strong team, managing inventory, and creating a welcoming environment for customers.
Key Responsibilities- Assisting with payroll, rostering, and liquor inventory management as required.
- Supporting daily operations to ensure the store appears fantastic at all times.
- Contribute to delivering exceptional customer service and engagement.
- A minimum of 1 year's experience in fast-paced retail or hospitality environments.
- Strong admin and organizational skills (payroll, rostering, inventory, store presentation).
- RSA certification (or willingness to obtain one).
- Discounts: 5% discount year-round on supermarket and liquor online and in-store purchases; occasional double discounts (10%) at various times.
- Recognition: digital recognition through appreciation with points redeemable in the online shop.
- Product exposure: access to learning modules, product discounts, supplier tastings, and first looks at new releases.
