Overview
Join Liquorland as an Assistant Store Manager and contribute to delivering memorable customer experiences and supporting the store team.
This role is part-time, 32 hours per week.
About The Role
You'll work with the Store Manager to keep the store looking fantastic, build a strong team, manage inventory, create a welcoming vibe, and provide friendly service that creates unforgettable moments for customers.
Responsibilities
Support daily operations to maintain an inviting store appearance and atmosphere.
Assist with inventory management and stock control.
Contribute to delivering exceptional customer service and engagement.
Assist with payroll, rostering, and liquor inventory management as required.
About You And Your Skills
Experience in fast-paced retail, hospitality, or customer-facing environments and an interest in learning about products.
Social, enjoys talking with customers, and focused on delivering an excellent customer experience.
Strong admin and organizational skills (payroll, rostering, inventory, store presentation).
People who are motivated by hitting store goals and boosting sales.
RSA certification (or willingness to obtain one).
