Visual Merchandising Retail Marketing Specialist

As a Nike VM & Retail Marketing Lead, you will play a key role in creating and executing compelling visual merchandising (VM) and retail marketing initiatives that drive a premium in-store experience and commercial success. This position requires strong leadership and collaboration skills to partner with Nike teams and store teams to achieve shared goals.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in retail VM leadership, preferably in multi-site retail environments. Proven experience in retail or trade marketing is essential, as well as the ability to build collaborative relationships with stakeholders and align VM and retail marketing execution with commercial objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver a consistent store presentation aligned with Nike's brand standards across all locations
  • Lead both VM and retail brand initiatives for new store openings and seasonal VM directives
  • Partner with field teams on best practice VM execution, hiring and training support for our field VM coaches, and manage marketing costs
  • Establish a culture of VM excellence using data-driven approaches and ensure strong store visitation to support execution

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of delivering successful VM and retail marketing campaigns
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to train and influence store teams
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
