Industrial Site Operations Manager

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering facilities services to operate and maintain a tier 1 industrial site, ensuring team achievement of facilities services Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and identifying strategies to mitigate risk associated with the account.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive property risk management, statutory compliance, and disaster recovery planning.
- Manage vendor relationships, coordinate facilities work, and monitor Help Desk performance against agreed KPIs and service level targets.
- Develop cost-saving initiatives and service improvement strategies to enhance profitability.
- Foster teamwork and leadership excellence while maintaining high customer satisfaction levels across the portfolio.
Requirements:
- Equivalent professional experience in a comparable role, demonstrated analytical capabilities, and strong attention to detail.
- Comprehensive understanding of facilities management encompassing responsive maintenance services and scheduled preventative maintenance programs.
- A valid driver's license is mandatory due to site visitation requirements.
