Maintenance and Engineering Leadership Opportunity

Lead a team of maintenance professionals to ensure the reliability and efficiency of plant operations. This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned maintenance manager to take charge of maintenance activities across a large site, driving excellence in engineering and maintenance practices.

  • Develop and implement effective maintenance strategies to minimize production issues and optimize resource utilization.
  • Manage and coordinate maintenance activities with external contractors, ensuring seamless execution of capital projects.
  • Drive cost control initiatives and participate in budget preparation processes.
  • Implement quality management, food safety, and occupational health and safety systems, promoting a culture of excellence.
  • Motivate and allocate staff efficiently to meet company objectives, fostering a positive work environment.
  • Identify and assess training needs, as well as immediate and future manning requirements.
  • Prepare regular reports on maintenance activities, maintaining accurate record-keeping procedures.

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Qualifications in Engineering, Industrial Trade, or a related discipline.
  • At least 10 years of industrial site maintenance experience.
  • Minimum 5-10 years of experience at maintenance management/supervisory level.
  • Strong internal customer awareness, communication, and interpersonal skills.
