Global Immigration Consultant

We are seeking a highly skilled immigration professional to join our global team, part of an international network of offices and a worldwide team of professionals.

This is a hybrid position based in Australia, with roles that can potentially be adjusted for flexible work arrangements. We encourage you to discuss potential options with us.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide compliance services related to visa applications, work permits, residence permits, extensions, short-term business traveler deployment, and diagnostic reviews of immigration compliance.
  • Offer strategic advice to help client organizations understand and navigate immigration compliance requirements.
  • Assist clients in sponsoring overseas nationals to work in their business, and represent them in matters related to sponsorships, visa refusals, and cancellations.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Professional Background: Registered migration agent or legal practitioner with 2–4 years of experience in a legal or professional services environment, demonstrating solid knowledge of immigration fundamentals and processes.
  • Work Style & Capabilities: Skilled at managing high volumes of work within tight timeframes, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively while working independently or collaboratively.
  • Mindset & Approach: Passionate about process-driven work, with a strong attention to detail and a proactive attitude toward continuous improvement.
