Job Description

This is a hybrid position based in major Australian cities. As our Consultant or Senior Consultant, you will join our Global Immigration practice, part of an international network of offices, and a worldwide team of professionals.

We are looking for someone with solid knowledge of immigration fundamentals and processes, preferably a registered migration agent or legal practitioner with 2–4 years of experience in a legal or professional services environment.

Your key responsibilities will include executing compliance services related to visa applications, work permits, residence permits, extensions, short-term business traveller deployment, and diagnostic reviews of immigration compliance with the Department of Home Affairs.

You will provide strategic advice to help client organisations understand and navigate immigration compliance requirements, assist clients in sponsoring overseas nationals to work in their business, and represent them in matters related to sponsorships, visa refusals, and cancellations.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Professional Background: Registered migration agent or legal practitioner with 2–4 years of experience in a legal or professional services environment, demonstrating solid knowledge of immigration fundamentals and processes.
  • Work Style & Capabilities: Skilled at managing high volumes of work within tight timeframes, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively while working independently or collaboratively.
