We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to fill the role of Divisional Financial Leader. This full-time position will be based at our Headquarters in Clayton, Melbourne, Australia.

This is a challenging opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and working closely with various stakeholders. The successful candidate will have a strong background in finance, with expertise in financial planning, analysis, and reporting.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Coordinating financial reporting requirements for Power Tools and Powertrain solutions, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Providing strategic guidance and support to business units, driving growth and profitability.
  • Developing and maintaining financial models, forecasts, and budgets.
  • Evaluating business opportunities and making informed decisions.

To be considered for this position, you must meet the following criteria:

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Advanced degree in Accounting or Business.
  • Significant experience in finance, preferably in a leadership role.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Familiarity with SAP FI/CO module (COPA, ECPCA).
