**Associate Director, Divisional Controls (Fraud Operations)**
Support our amazing Fraud Operations (FO) and Financial Crime Operations (FCO) teams by assisting first-line business owners in identifying and managing risks, enhancing processes, and addressing issues or events that affect both our customers and employees.

**In this Associate Director role, you will**
- Provide 1st link risk guidance and support to the FO business and its Leadership Team as a Divisional Controls (DCO) partner which includes, but is not limited to, risk profiling, obligations assessments, change initiatives and compliance events
- Determine the underlying causes of issues, evaluate their significance, and partner with the business to create effective remediation strategies
- Help the business build its risk profile and compliance plan with associated underlying controls to help the business understand its residual risk and make informed risk based decisions
- Collaborate with other team members across FO/FCO/DCO/CRO/FCRM who offer technical support and guidance as needed
- Drive results by enhancing efficiency and minimising errors, thereby reducing fraud-related losses for NAB and its customers

**What you'll bring**
- Track record of experience across DCO/FO, or alternatively a background in risk management, process, or controls
- Exceptional senior stakeholder management skills
- A passion for discovery and a keen interest in problem-solving
- Proficiency across the GRACE system
