A strategic leadership role is available in a growing business. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to make informed and effective decisions regarding warehouse operations and oversee day-to-day activities.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing first-class leadership for all warehouse staff, including workforce planning, guidance, feedback and development. They will also develop and implement warehouse policies, procedures and best practices to enhance productivity and efficiency.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Plan and coordinate daily warehouse activities, including receiving, storage, order fulfilment, and shipping.
  • Manage inventory levels, conduct regular stock counts, and implement effective inventory control measures.
  • Conduct final quality control checks on all orders to maintain a high level of standard.
  • Champion WHS practices, including reviewing OH&S procedures, staff training and fostering a safety culture at all times.
  • Analyse warehouse processes and implement improvements to enhance operational effectiveness.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to track warehouse performance.

**About You:**

The successful candidate will have proven experience as a Warehouse Manager or similar role, with a track record of successfully managing warehouse operations. They will also have strong knowledge of warehouse processes, inventory management and logistics.
