Warehouse Operations Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Warehouse Operations Supervisor to lead our warehouse operations team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse, overseeing daily logistical challenges, and leading a committed team to greatness in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate will have experience working in a 3PL warehouse with sound warehousing principles, proven performance management and strong leadership experience, and highly developed skills in building and maintaining customer relationships.

You will also possess demonstrated knowledge and use of a WMS System, preferably Manhattan, as well as continuous improvement and problem-solving skills. Additionally, you will be confident and able to engage, motivate, and lead people to achieve individual and team goals, with a passion for managing team dynamics.

This is a leadership role where you will make decisions autonomously and continually grow professionally. You will be responsible for allocating resources to achieve agreed objectives and targets, maintaining effective relationships with customers, and meeting time-specific deadlines.

  • Leadership and Management Experience: Proven track record of leading and managing high-performing teams, driving results and growth through strategic planning and execution.
  • Customer Relationship Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
  • WMS System Experience: Demonstrated knowledge and use of WMS Systems, preferably Manhattan, with a focus on optimizing warehouse operations and improving efficiency.
  • Problem-Solving and Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Continuous Improvement: Commitment to ongoing learning and professional development, with a focus on staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
