Project Engineers and Senior Project Engineers are highly skilled professionals responsible for the planning, execution, and delivery of civil construction projects. They play a crucial role in shaping the future of our business by ensuring that projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.

The ideal candidate will have a Civil Engineering Degree or similar and at least 6 years of experience as an engineer on civil infrastructure projects. For Senior Project Engineers, we require 8+ years of experience in a similar field. A strong understanding of civil, structural, and services drawings is essential, as well as excellent management skills and the ability to raise technical queries.

About this role:

  1. Plan and execute project works to ensure safe and efficient completion.
  2. Manage project costings and forecast management to meet financial requirements.
  3. Prepare and update plans and working programs.
  4. Provide engineering and technical advice to the project team.
  5. Assist with procurement of key subcontractors and suppliers.
  6. E nsure quality requirements are met.
  7. Program and plan works.
  8. Prepare monthly financial reports including cost to complete forecasts.
  9. Identify and mitigate risks to project delivery.
  10. C oordinate subcontractor progress payment claims and communicate variations or issues.
