Job Summary

We are seeking experienced civil roadworks professionals to join our team in Brisbane. The primary objective of this role is to deliver high-quality road construction projects in accordance with TMR standards.

Main Responsibilities
  • Utilize knowledge of TMR policies, specifications, and standards to interpret technical documents and identify conforming and non-conforming road construction materials and practices.
  • Observe and document quality control measures during road construction projects.
  • Take and upload photos to government portals using mobile devices.
  • Prepare accurate and detailed reports, including daily diaries.
  • Maintain effective communication with stakeholders and keep them informed of project progress.
  • Provide administrative support and maintain documentation as required.
  • Promote a safe working environment on site.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in computer skills, including Microsoft Windows, MS Word, MS Excel, file management, and email.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 5-7 years' practical experience in road construction.
  • At least 2 years' experience supervising road projects to TMR standards.
  • Valid driver's license and access to personal transportation.
  • Preference for candidates residing in Brisbane or Queensland.
