The Opportunity

As a Member Support Consultant at our Knox City club, you will play a vital role in building and maintaining a thriving Goodlife Health Club membership base. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Proactively contributing to club sales budget through sales promotions and referrals campaigns
  • Generating and converting high-quality sales leads through community outreach, referrals, and identifying new business opportunities
  • Achieving the required number of lead contacts via telephone to maximise sales opportunities
  • Providing sales presentations and tours to prospective members
  • Creating great member journeys through positive and personalised interactions
  • Achieving successful outcomes to enquiries
  • Opening and closing the club as per the club roster
  • Active involvement in member retention programs, inspiring members to continue their fitness journey
  • Regular service calls to new and existing members to keep them engaged in their journey
About You

We are looking for individuals who possess:

  • Current First Aid & CPR certificates
  • The ability to build rapport with people from varied walks of life with a desire to help people succeed in their goals
  • The ability to solve problems and overcome obstacles
  • Outstanding communication abilities, including listening, understanding, empathising, and influencing others
  • Tenacity with a natural drive to achieve individual targets and team goals
  • Customer-focused with a desire to achieve exceptional customer outcomes

  • A realistic OTE of $70,000-$75,000 (made up of base salary and commission), plus super
