Civil Construction Estimator

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Estimator to join our dynamic team.
Job Description- As an Estimator, you will be responsible for preparing and submitting tenders for civil construction projects.
- You will work closely with the project team to evaluate and review tender processes to ensure cost-effectiveness.
- Additionally, you will coordinate internal and external resources to ensure successful project delivery.
The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a high level of commercial acumen.
They will also possess a proven understanding of construction practices and a hands-on approach to project management.
Furthermore, they will have experience working on large-scale projects with values ranging from $5m to $40m+.
Requirements- Tertiary qualification in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or similar.
- Minimum 5 years' experience in estimating or project management roles.
- Strong technical knowledge of civil construction practices.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
